Nita was born and raised in Uniondale. She completed her BA LLB at Stellenbosch University in 1997 and in March 2000 she was admitted as an Attorney. Since her admission she has practiced at law firms in Paarl and Worcester and as of 2016 she is the proud owner of Nita Brand Attorneys. A quote that she lives by is: “If they say ‘It’s impossible’ remember that it’s impossible for them; not for you.”.

Kaymé was born and raised in Worcester. She matriculated from Worcester Gymnasium in 2016 and completed her LLB at the University of the Western Cape in 2021. In March 2022 she joined the firm as a Candidate Legal Practitioner and in April 2024 Admitted as an Attorney. She is inspired by the words: “Bloom where you are planted.”
Kayme Wilton
Louise matriculated in Kimberley in 1984. Her first job was at the Post Office and in 1997 she began her career as a collection typist at Muller Terblanche and Beyers in Worcester. In June 1999 she was employed at Stofberg Attorneys and in April 2016 she became a part of the Nita Brand Attorneys’ debt collection team.
Louise van Deventer
Desire has always lived in Worcester. She matriculated from Breede River High School in 1986. She began her career as a collection typist at Muller Terblanche and Beyers in Worcester in 1987. In April 2007 she was employed at Stofberg Attorneys and in January 2016 she became a part of the Nita Brand Attorneys team. Desire lives by the following Oscar Wilde quote: “Be yourself; everyone else is already taken”.
Desire Losper
Annie matriculated from Breede River High School in 1986. She began her career as a collection typist at Muller Terblanche and Beyers in Worcester in 1987. In April 2007 she was employed at Stofberg Attorneys and in May 2018 she became a part of the Nita Brand Attorneys team. Annie’s life is a testimony of Psalm 23:1 “The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing”.
Annie Groepe
Benita was born and raised in Worcester. In 2007 she matriculated from Worcester Gymnasium and in 2008 she started working as a debt collector with Prodebt (later Esterhuyze Attorneys). From 2011 she was employed at Stofberg Attorney and since May 2019 Benita has been practicing as part of the Nita Brand Attorney’s team. In January 2017 Benita was registered with the NCR as a Debt Counsellor. She is a well-known and respected Debt Counsellor and handles all her client’s cases with the utmost confidentiality and efficiency.
Benita van Wyk
Sherin was born and raised in Worcester and matriculated from Breeriver Secondary School in 1986. Her first job was at the Red Ribbon Supperette. She was employed as a messenger at Stofberg Attorneys in December 1999. Since January 2016 she has been the receptionist at Nita Brand Attorneys and is known as the friendliest receptionist in the Breede Valley!
