Nita Brand
Nita is the owner of Nita Brand Attorneys and has been admitted as an attorney since 2000. She was born and raised in Uniondale and completed her BA LLB at Stellenbosch University in 1997.
Thereafter, she completed her clerkship with Muller Terblanche and Beyers in Worcester. Since her admission in March 2000, she has practiced as an Attorney and head of the collection department at Van der Spuy and Partners in Paarl.
She left their service in February 2001 and started her own business in Worcester as Nita Brand Attorneys where she practiced successfully for 7 years.
In 2007 she started practicing as a Partner of Stofberg Attorneys. In 2016 she left the partnership and has since been practicing as the sole owner of Nita Brand Attorneys.
Nita is die eienaar van Nita Brand Prokureurs, en toegelate prokureur sedert 2000. Sy is gebore en getoë in Uniondale en het haar BA LLB aan die Universiteit van Stellenbosch voltooi in 1997.
Daarna het sy haar klerkskap by Muller Terblanche en Beyers op Worcester voltooi. Sedert haar toelating in Maart 2000 het sy as Prokureur gepraktiseer as hoof van die invorderingsafdeling by Van der Spuy en Vennote in Paarl.
Sy het in Februarie 2001 hul diens verlaat en haar eie besigheid begin in Worcester as Nita Brand Prokureurs waar sy vir 7 jaar suksesvol gepraktiseer het.
In 2007 het sy as Vennoot van Stofberg Prokureurs begin praktiseer. In 2016 het sy die vennootskap verlaat en sederdien praktiseer sy as alleen eienaar van Nita Brand Prokureurs

Nita Brand Attorneys was established in 2016 by Nita Brand. It was started as a proudly “all women” firm, but since 2021 has been working in association with Chris Pretorius and Niel Stofberg. Nita Brand Attorneys provides excellent legal services to Worcester and surrounding areas. The team consists of admitted attorneys, candidate legal practitioners, a debt counselor, and a debt collection department.

It is ideally located within walking distance of the Worcester Magistrate’s Court, Police Station, and the Family Advocate offices.

You can find the Nita Brand Attorneys in Courts in Robertson, Montagu, Swellendam, Barrydale, Bonnievale, Bredasdorp, Wolseley, Tulbagh, Ceres, Laingsburg, Paarl, Stellenbosch, Somerset West, and various courts in Cape Town.
Nita Brand invests in the future legal minds of South Africa by employing law graduates for their practical vocational training. The first candidate legal practitioners employed were Anrè Viljoen and Anri le Roux. Both started their practical vocational training in January 2020 and will be admitted as Attorneys in 2022. The third candidate legal practitioner employed by Nita Brand is Marichelle Roberts whose training commenced in January 2022.
Other than investing in the future legal minds of South Africa, Nita Brand Attorneys support and uplift the underprivileged in their community.
